I retired in 2018 after serving 38 years as a pastor in the Lutheran church (ELCA). This June we (Betsy and I) celebrated 45 years of marriage and I marked the 40th anniversary of my ordination. We have two children (Nathan and Rachel) both of whom are married and we have 3 grandchildren who are the delights of our lives. We live in the same home that we moved into in 1986, in Liverpool, New York. Following graduation from PIttsford, I attended Denison University(B.A.), Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary(Master of Divinity) and the Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia. (STM) I served two congregations in Syracuse, St. Stephen (1980-1986) and King of Kings, Liverpool (1986-2018). I also completed a degree at Luther Seminary (Doctor of Ministry) in 2008.
